Q: How much does the panel weights?

A: Panels weight depending on type 35-55kg/m2, but thanks to the magnificent sliding mechanisms there is no weight problem. To move the panels you have to only push them or slightly drag them and all panels will slide very easily.

Q: Can I manage the installation process?

A: In case of installation there are very important to do it by the manual. You have to carefully read the installation manual and then there will be no problems. If you just now something about construction, there will be absolutely no problems installing the movable walls.

Q: How do I clean and treat the panels?

A: There are no necessary treatment measures to the movable wall. Only just once a year you have to clean the track and put some lubrication on the track.

Q: How do I order?

A: Use our Offer Request form, fill in all the fields  and we will send you special price calculation, approximate transport calculation or order confirmation. Also you'll get all the support you need to order the products you need.

Q: How long are your delivery times?

A: Delivery time depends on your order. Every movable wall may have diferent delivery time, but usually we keep it between 4-6 weeks. If you have very special or complicated request, delivery time will be longer.

Q: What kind of payment conditions do you have?

A: Usually we have to collect 50% advance and 50% before shipment. But there are possibilities to make contract or dealer arrangements with us, to get more flexible payment and other conditions.

Q: How can i get the goods?

A: There are several possibilities, but usually most common are DDU (Delivery to the door) or EXW (ready packed in our stock in Estonia). In both ways all delivery will be organized very quickly and with minimum cost.
