Acoustical Bass Traps

Studio & Tube Traps
The Studio Trap is the first freestanding, self-contained acoustical baffle that can truly be called a piece of studio gear. Traps may be used to enhance any performance.

Basssucker
The Basssucker studio treatment suite of products gives project studios a modular and affordable solution to bass-related acoustical problems. The Basssucker has product series used on floors, walls, corners and ceilings.

The BassSucker CX Series is used on walls, floors and ceiling. Two CX units tuned to the same frequency will yield at least a 4db gain reduction at that frequency in a room 15' X 8' X 8' with sheetrock walls. (see graph)

The BassSucker BX Series is used on floors, walls, corners and ceilings. It's smaller footprint is useful where space is very limiited. The BX is also used as a 'Gobo', or sound isolation aparatus. By using several BX's as building blocks, isolation spaces may be constructed. These spaces are ideal for guitar amp and drum isolation.
