Electrically operated rising partition walls
Rising oartition is electrically operated. The motor is a back-gear
squirrel-cage induction motor equipped with brakes and is quiet in operation.
Power is trasferred to the lifting wire with main shaft.
The main shaft is fitted with one or several mechanically operated
centrifugal locking safety switches. The switch prevents the rapid lowering of
the partition in the event that the lifting mechanism breaks.
The most common surface is fibre-reinforced Polymar. Other surface finishes
are also available.
Installation between two roof beams spaced suitably apart is the simplest
solution but the partition may also be installed onto a single beam.
Space has to be reserved in the middle of the partition for the drive motor.
The motor may also be located in the space outside the roomm, an attic or roof
for example, and be serviced from the outside.
